We are dedicated to crafting office furniture with timeless artistry and enduring quality. OdinLake offers a 5 to 15-year warranty on all new products (specific terms apply as outlined in our full policy), with coverage starting from the delivery date.

Key Notes:

Direct Purchases (OdinLake website): Automatic warranty coverage—no registration required.
Authorized Retailers(Amazon, Wayfair, West Elm, Office Depot, etc.): Warranty registration or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Products purchased through unauthorized dealers/resellers are not covered under the OdinLake warranty policy.

A. Material Characteristics

Natural variations in wood grain, textile pilling, or aging-related color shifts
Discoloration from light exposure, temperature fluctuations, or organic material oxidation


B. Usage-Related Damages

Surface imperfections caused by:
Writing instruments/sharp object
Non-standard office activities (e.g., athletic equipment use)
Weight overloading beyond product specifications
Improper cleaning agents (alcohol, detergents, etc.)


C. Environmental Factors

Damage from:
Non-office environments (warehouses/outdoor exposure)
Ink stains, dyes, or biological soiling (mold/food residues)
